If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Disputes related to construction contracts will be handled according to the dispute resolution provisions contained in those separate agreements.
Severability and Enforceability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
