SMS Terms & Conditions for CERA Construction text messaging.
Effective date: July 29, 2026
CERA Construction sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages relate to quotes and estimates, appointment and site-visit scheduling and reminders, project status updates, invoices, and responses to your inquiries.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by:
- Entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on a contact or quote-request form at https://cera-construction.com; or
- Giving verbal consent to a CERA Construction representative when you request a quote by phone or in person.
Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to receive a quote or any of our services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project and your interactions with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. To resume, reply START or contact us and opt in again.

Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you have consented to receive, and is shared only with the messaging providers that transmit them on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted at this address.
